These designations affect load capacity and inflation requirements, so they should match the needs of the vehicle.

Use the cold tire pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer, normally shown on the label inside the driver's door area. Do not automatically inflate a tire to the maximum pressure molded into its sidewall. That number indicates a tire limit under defined conditions, not the normal operating pressure for every vehicle using that tire.

There is no single lifespan for every Sunny tire. Tread life depends on the model, compound, vehicle weight, alignment, inflation pressure, rotation practices and driving conditions. Some Sunny passenger tires carry UTQG treadwear ratings, but a UTQG number is a comparative test grade rather than a mileage guarantee. Replace a tire when tread reaches 2/32 inch or earlier if it develops structural damage, exposed cords, significant cracking or another safety-related defect.
